This misused feeling

Oh how I miss you, false safety.
Those hypocrite smiles, those high heels
that cause admiration and blisters,
those hot kisses high that high hill,
with tired fireworks around us,
being so happy, and so wrong.

That song that went "I'm not in the mood today",
which we sang loud and proud of our mood and moods,
the moon looking at us
through a red wine crystal glass.

"Anything and everything is possible", you said,
how right you were
about the possible
becoming impossible.
