awakenings
Awakenings.
Waited for so long,
lasting so little.
Not one awakening, no miracle,
no truth, no revelation on its way,
no glory
but series of small awakenings that hurt,
each on their own,
like mosquito bites.
"Are you writing about me again?"
"Well, I might,
or I might not
what difference does it make,
if you yourself
can't tell ."
